The client approached us to fit out a number of units as part of their centre expansion. A total of 5 units required fitting out over 5 weeks, with different requirements for each. Some units required standard white box installations, whilst other required additional back of house areas, including changing rooms, WC's, break rooms and offices.
Metropolitan acted as Principle Contractor on all 5 units, phasing our works to ensure safe working practices were maintained throughout and ensuring efficiency by having different trades in different units working systematically through each. Each unit had new M&E services, flooring, ceilings, walls, decoration and we handled all building control applications and compliance to ensure a full turn key solution for the end client. The units were handed to the client, ready for brand connectivity and millwork.
