10 South Colonnade

The project consists of the complete strip out of levels 3 & 6 within 10 South Colonnade, Canary Wharf, London back to base shell and core and then the Category A & B fit out of generic office space, breakout areas, and restaurant area.

In addition to this the main electrical infrastructure is being upgraded to suit the banks latest requirements. This incorporates the installation of new specialist equipment and rising bus bars to facilitate the new requirement. The works are being carried out in a live building with floors 1 through to 10 being occupied by the bank at the same time. However with accurate planning and close co-ordination with all members of the team, the works are being completed to programme and are incorporating design changes typical of this type of environment.

The long term plan for the building is to also fit out levels 1, 2, 4 and 5 to the same exacting standard incorporating the new electrical infrastructure at the same time. With phase 1 works due for completion in August at a projected cost of £6m it is envisaged that the remaining 4 floors come on line from September with anticipated completion around May, total duration of works, phases 1 & 2, around 12 months at a projected cost of £15m.
