Covid-19 Update - Offices Re-opening
Following weeks of lock down and the majority of Metropolitan staff working from home, we have taken the necessary steps to enable us to re-open our offices safely from the 22nd June. Along with the standard social distancing, sanitising stations, additional cleaning and signage, we have implemented a policy whereby half of our desks will be marked out of use and staff will need to liaise with our HR team to book desk space to ensure there are no clashes.
We have done all we can to enable our staff to work from home where possible, carrying out vital home assessments to ensure that all staff are working in a safe and compliant space. Staff are encouraged to work from home as often as is feasible and minimise all travel to the offices.
Any staff living with vulnerable people will be asked to remain at home and arrangements will be made for them to work remotely.
